ScultoRob is a robotic system for the artistic shaping of marble and natural stone. Thanks to its state of the art technology allows creation of statues, bas-reliefs, columns and capitals with the invaluable support of sophisticated programming software.
 An industrial robot with 6 independent axes plus 1 rotating table.
Its been designed to be used automatically with various types of diamond tools, from tips for coring to diamond 600 mm discs as well as tips for milling and turning.
ScultoRob can be enriched with an external laser scanner able to get in a few moments a digital 3D model, easily editable, ready to be used within the robot’s software.
The integration of the scanner allows to reproduce statues and bas-reliefs of artistic originals and stone copies of any other material. Moreover, thanks to the extreme precision of the instrument, it’s possible to shape objects over 2 mt in hight, starting from sketches of a light material (clay, gypsum, polystyrene, …) of small dimensions.
